Her market analysis was fantastic and she clearly showed the tools and skills that she would use to get our home sold. The home next to us sold below market value and there was another house on the market that was similar to ours. She ramped up the online presence and advertisements and was able to get us the sale at a great price. A price that was $10k above what the other realtor thought was a top price for our home. Having the right realtor that you have a partnership with really does make all of the difference in the world. From staging advice to marketing expertise to talking us off the ledge when we were concerned about price, Jennifer was truly amazing. We cannot thank her enough!
